body, relaxing piano music can also have a relaxing effect on the brain.
Studies found that listening to relaxing piano music efficiently for the stress
looks to be able to change mind functioning to a similar extent as medication.
Since relaxing piano music is widely available and inexpensive, it is a simple
stress reduction tool.
It was the goal of the present study to
address this space in knowledge and get rid of previous shortcomings by
thoroughly examining relaxing piano music effects across endocrine, cognitive,
autonomic, and emotional domains of the stress response.
